Early involvement in the project with assistance in programming a new terminal based on the need for relocation until commissioning is complete. Development of a concept model for the project. New terminal area of approx. 20,000m2. Of which approx. 8,500m2 of which being a built-up area. Contracting and follow-up of 12 different contractors. Follow-up of several foreign process suppliers. Parallel follow-up of municipal road/water project and refurbishment of adjacent quay facilities for the Port of Trondheim. Very tough financial and progress targets, but delivered within the relevant framework. The terminal was commissioned at the end of 2017.
